TOSS has successfully arranged to upskill its customers’ technical team either through its service partner in Libya, the Group facilities in Malta and Tunisia, or at its principal facilities. Additional training can be arranged with third parties in fire and emergency training, personal survival techniques, defensive driving, NEBOSH Health, and Safety Training, train the trainer for specialized techniques, together with English language training that includes technical English in specialized or dedicated IT procedures.
TOSS sees training to be one of the major growth areas in its business. The customer knowledge it has accumulated over the years, the strong international contacts available to TOSS directly or via its parent Group and the appreciable in-house expertise enable training to be tailored exactly to meet customers’ requirements.
